Blocking data for email addresses or domains from entering the Hive is a straightforward process. You must have the correct security assigned to complete these steps. If at any point you cannot follow these steps because the appropriate prompts do not appear, reach out to your CSM or Introhive support for assistance.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage which emails and domains are allowed into the Hive, ensuring your data remains clean and relevant.
Blocking a Domain
NOTE: Denylisting a domain not only prevents it from entering the Hive but also PURGES all existing records imported via blocked sources. Use this feature with caution.
Login to the Relationship Portal
Select the Settings option from the menu pane
Select Admin Settings
Select Denylist Domain from the top right corner drop down menu
Select Add Domain
Enter the domain name you want to block
Optionally, provide a reason for blocking the domain in the “Why are you denylisting this domain?” box
Select the checkboxes so that the word blocked appears next to all of the selections
Select Create Denylist
Enter the word CONTINUE at the prompt
Blocking an Email
NOTE: Denylisting an email will block it from entering the Hive and PURGE associated contacts and data. Be sure to review your contacts and data before using this tool.
Login to the Relationship Portal

Select Admin Settings
Select Denylist Email from the top right corner drop down menu
Enter the email address you want to block
NOTE: If blocking multiple emails, separate them with commasOptionally, provide a reason for blocking the domain in the “Why are you denylisting this email?” box
Select Create Denylist
Enter the word CONTINUE at the prompt
