What is Contact Management?
Contact Management is a premium offering that re‑implements ContactHive into Introhive’s Relationship Portal. It allows clients to create and maintain marketing lists and import contacts to those lists. It also includes functionality to add custom fields for contacts and organizations that can be used as filters when creating lists.
Where do I find Contact Management?
Once enabled for your hive, Contact Management is accessible through the Relationship Portal via the Contact Management icon for users with access.
There are three main sections:
Contacts – Maintain, import, and create contacts
Companies – Maintain and create companies
Marketing Lists – Create and maintain filterable marketing lists
