AI Summary
What is the AI Summary?
The AI Summary is a tool that generates concise, informative and on-demand account summaries that synthesize vast amounts of relationship data to provide quick and impactful insights. This summary analyzes data from your Introhive dataset and not from external information. You can copy this summary and share it with your colleagues, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Access to the AI summary can be controlled at the user level.
Where do I access the AI Summary?
The AI Summary is found in Organization headers in both the preview and the full view by selecting the AI Summary button. They are also accessible in the browser extension and via Salesforce web components.
What information does the AI Summary provide?
By analyzing your Introhive dataset, the AI summary provides Organization data in three main sections:
1. Summary
2. Engagement
3. Relationship
1. Summary
The Summary section provides an insightful, high-level overview of the relationship with the organization you are viewing. It provides insights such as:
Increases or decreases in relationship capital with that organization
A summary of the number of contacts and colleague relationships, highlighting where connections to senior positions are strongest
Recent and upcoming activities
Any change in the number of relationships
Notable changes in response times to emails and meetings
Who the top contact and colleague is
An assessment of how the relationship is trending
2. Engagement
The Engagement section provides a snapshot of engagement with this organization, highlighting areas such as:
When the most recent emails and meetings occurred
When the next upcoming meeting is occurring
Response times for both inbound and outbound communications
3. Relationship Formation
The Relationship Formation section provides insight into the relationships that have been formed, and along what seniority, by highlighting data such as:
Changes to the relationship capital score
Changes in the number of relationships that have been formed
Changes in the number of contacts with this organization
Overview of the seniority levels of the contacts
Who the top connected colleague is, and
Who the top contact is for this organization
Can I share this summary with others?
Yes - Select the copy button at the bottom of the summary to copy it to your clipboard. Now it can easily be shared with other members of your team. You can also select the thumbs up or thumbs down icon to let us know if the summary data provided was useful or not. We are always trying to provide the best possible data to you, and this helps us to improve our product.
Notes:
Relationships are different from contacts. Relationships take into account when colleagues interact with contacts, so if three colleagues interact with the same contact that is three relationships. Therefore, the number of contacts may not change but as you multi-thread your relationships to those existing contacts, the number of relationships will increase
AI Summary examines various metrics pertaining to your firm's interactions and creates a brief summary with recommendations based on the key patterns and noteworthy insights from that relationship data.
The AI models are not trained using your data, nor is it available to any other customers.
Introhive uses Amazon Bedrock to facilitate the AI capability of our product features. It is a managed service offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) that provides foundational models and infrastructure for building and deploying AI applications.
Amazon Bedrock is designed to deliver AI capabilities while maintaining stringent security and privacy standards
This feature does not use any personally identifiable information. It only analyzes aggregate relationship data and trends between your firm and organizations using the data that has already been collected in Introhive.
All of the data analyzed follows our data residency requirements. Any summaries deemed inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful may be moderated and redacted. All development of AI capabilities in our products conforms with Introhive's SOC2/ISO27001 audited processes for security, quality, and change management.
The AI summary is generated fresh each time the button is selected. It may have some slightly different insights than are visible in the overview tab, which is calculated during the sync cycle.
