Company/On-Demand Email Digests
What is a Company/On-Demand Email Digest?
Introhive’s company digests deliver personalized company information for organizations you want to follow.. Based on your setup, this can include insights such as company news, recent emails and meetings, company activity, CRM insights, top connected colleagues and more.
How do I request a Company/On-Demand Email Digest?
You can request one in two ways:
On demand at any time.
Via subscription.
1. Requesting a Company Digest On-Demand
Via the Relationship Portal
In the full organization profile, select the action button (three dots) to the right of the Company name and select Send email digest now.
In about a minute you will receive a Company Digest in your Inbox.
Via your email
Create an email with [email protected] as the recipient.
In the subject line, type in the domain of the company you want to receive a digest for - i.e. stellarmobile.com.
Press Send. You will receive the email digest in about a minute.
2. Subscribing to a Company Digest
Via the Organization profile in the Relationship Portal/ CRM iFrame
Select the action button (three dots) to the right of the Company name and select Subscribe to email digests. You will see the following message:
You will now receive a company digest for that organization at the beginning of each month.
If the option reads instead “Unsubscribe from email digests” then you are already subscribed, and this will unsubscribe you from receiving it.
Via your Email Notifications
Select your profile picture, choose Edit Profile and then choose Email notifications (there is also a link to this page provided in the yellow box, seen above, when subscribing to digests).
The first option displayed is Company Digest.
If the slider button to the right of this option is greyed out, you will not be able to receive/subscribe to digests. Select the slider to enable this section.
Scroll down until you see Current Subscriptions.
In the search box, start typing in the name of the organization you want a digest for, the system will auto-complete with options.
Select the organization.
The organization will populate in the list below with a default cadence of monthly delivery. You can update this or any other subscription to weekly by selecting the dropdown box and choosing "Weekly."
You can unsubscribe from here by choosing the red Unsubscribe button.
Notes:
Sections only display when data is found. For example, if no current news articles are found for an organization, this section will not display.
If you are not receiving digests at all, please check the following:
In email notifications, ensure the toggle to the right of Company Digest is green (which indicates it is on).
Check your spam folder.
If you did not receive a digest for a specific company:
Introhive will only send digests for organizations that exist in Introhive. For example, if there is no organization for Stellar Mobile in your hive, we will not generate a company digest for them.
You can choose which sections appear in your copy of the digest by selecting/deselecting the options in the Included Sections part of the Company Digest when in your Email notifications screen.
When requesting a digest via email - the email address to send to is [email protected]. Do not replace the word “company” with the company name.
The domain for the company should appear in the Subject line.
Do not put anything else in the subject line
Nothing is required in the body of the email
