Overview
Set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for Introhive to provide your users with a seamless login experience using their existing account credentials. These instructions provide the information on configuring an Enterprise Application within your Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) Tenant. Once configured, a meeting will be set up with Introhive Support where the App Federation Metadata URL will be shared, and configured on the Introhive side to complete the configuration.
Create the Enterprise Application
Login to the Entra (Azure) portal (https://entra.microsoft.com)
Select Enterprise Applications from the left side menu
Select + New application on the top of the page
Select + Create your own application from the Browse Azure AD Gallery
Complete the required fields
In "What's the name of your app?" enter Introhive SSO (or name of your choosing)
For "What are you looking to do with your application?" select Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery (Non-gallery)
Select Create
Configure the application for Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML
Select Single Sign-On from the left side menu, once the custom application has loaded
Select SAML
Select Edit (Pencil Icon) from the Basic SAML Configuration box in the Set up Single Sign-On with SAML section
Enter the configuration data provided by Introhive Support
NOTE: Only the 2 below fields require updating
Identifier (Entity ID)
Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL)
Return to the Setup Screen
Select Edit (Pencil Icon) from the Attributes & Claims section
Double click on the Unique User Identifier (Name ID) to open the Manage claim window
Update the Source Attribute drop down to user.mail
Select Save
Return to the Setup Screen
Select the Copy icon from App Federation Metadata URL located in the SAML Signing Certificate box
NOTE: DO NOT Share via email for security purposes. Should be shared with Introhive support while on a meetingSelect Users and groups from the left side menu
Select + Add user/group
Add the Users or Groups that require access
Reply to Introhive Support via the Support Case to setup a meeting to provide the Metadata URL to complete setup and validation of SSO
